What materials are Gici Jewelry pieces made of?
All our pieces are carefully handcrafted using premium Miyuki glass beads, 18K gold-plated bronze with a 3-micron finish, and hand-selected gemstones. This combination ensures elegance, durability, and artistic uniqueness.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. For custom-made pieces, production time may take between 7 and 15 days before shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order status in real time.
What are the shipping costs?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, and shipping is free on all orders—no minimum purchase required.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, only if the item has a manufacturing defect. It must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
How long do I have to report a defect in the jewelry?
You must report any defect within 24 hours of receiving the item, including clear photos of the damage and your order number.
How long do I have to request a return?
You have up to 8 calendar days from delivery to request a return. However, the defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, including photo evidence and your order number.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, you must email us at sales@gici.art only. Include your order number, the reason, and photos of the defect within 24 hours of receiving the item. If your request is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed through WooPay and PayPal. We accept the following methods:
