At GICI, every piece is made with care. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within the first 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
• Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, including clear photo evidence sent to sales@gici.art.
• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be completed within 8 calendar days of delivery once approved.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
• Double-check your bank account.
• Contact your credit card company or bank.
• If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@gici.art.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email sales@gici.art.
Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label so you can return the item at no cost.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the returned item.
If it was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.
Return Shipping
After your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
